Recently, Lead Intelligent Equipment (hereafter referred to as LEAD) achieved a major breakthrough in its international business by successfully securing an order for back-end equipment from a top European lithium-ion battery client, assisting the client in creating a complete back-end line solution. This collaboration further solidifies LEAD\u2019s leading technology and exceptional service capabilities in the lithium-ion battery manufacturing equipment sector, earning recognition from the international market.<\/span><\/p>\n The client, a wholly owned subsidiary of a publicly listed European company, specializes in the development of lithium-ion battery businesses, while its parent company also operates in the lead-acid battery, plastic materials, and electric vehicle sectors. To further expand its lithium-ion battery operations, the client plans to build a 260,000 square meter lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery factory in Italy, aiming to accelerate the development of its <\/span>EV <\/span>battery and energy storage battery businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n LEAD\u2019s back-end line solution for this client covers multiple lithium-ion battery back-end production lines, including filling, formation, and end-of-line (EOL) processes. Once completed, the total production capacity will reach 8 GWh, significantly enhancing the client’s competitiveness in the global lithium-ion battery market and contributing to Europe\u2019s green energy transition and sustainable development.<\/span><\/p>\n This back-end line solution features high efficiency, low cost, high safety, and integration, with the following advantages:<\/span><\/p>\n High Efficiency and Low Energy Consumption<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n By integrating the most advanced high charge and discharge efficiency technology with a DC system solution, LEAD optimizes equipment configuration to minimize energy consumption in the formation and capacity <\/span>grading<\/span> process. The solution also reduces the equipment footprint and enhances space utilization, leading to significant operational cost savings for the client.<\/span><\/p>\n Significant Cost Reduction<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n The project adopts LEAD\u2019s negative pressure tray formation solution, which reduces the cleanroom volume by 90%, substantially lowering the client\u2019s operational and maintenance costs.<\/span><\/p>\n Precise Temperature Control<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n The solution features a new self-regulating temperature unit, enabling the equipment to autonomously control temperature and achieve high-precision temperature control at the storage locations.<\/span><\/p>\n Enhanced Safety<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n The equipment is equipped with a mature fire safety system, addressing key safety requirements in the formation and capacity <\/span>grading<\/span> stages, effectively improving overall factory safety.<\/span><\/p>\n Full-Line Delivery<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n LEAD provides an efficient and robust delivery plan, offering end-to-end services from design to implementation.
